Jefferson Center’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist will work on our LAUNCH Together team where you will provide community facing consultation and training, connect with partner programs to further our initiative goals, and provide direct clinical work. As the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist you will have direct experience working with children (0-3 years old), mothers in their third trimester, and families promoting childhood and family wellbeing by providing in-home education and clinical services as indicated. You will collaborate with partner organizations and community members to develop and provide reflective consultation and training as the expert in infant and early childhood mental health and wellbeing. You will be an active team member, ready to jump in to support our public events, manage multiple assignments efficiently, leveraging your intuition, innovation, and strong initiative ensuring deadlines are achieved. This is an exciting time in the early childhood field and our LAUNCH program will provide an opportunity to a broader voice in early childhood work.
