This position is 50% coordinator and 50% housing specialist. The Housing Team Coordinator directly supervises the Housing Specialists who act as voucher administrators for the Division of Housing and provide homeless prevention services for housing clients. Monitors and provides administrative oversight to the Housing Team functions at Jefferson Center as directed by the Manager of Navigation Resource Teams. Schedules team coverage and assures good communication between the team, department, Jefferson Center, the Division of Housing, and the community. This role also manages a .5 caseload of housing voucher clients.
