Jefferson Center’s Senior Services Outpatient Clinician will provide outpatient behavioral health treatment to older adults (age 60 and older) experiencing behavioral health problems. You will utilize an episode of care model to engage individuals seeking treatment and provide strengths based, solution oriented care. You will be a member of Senior Services at Jefferson Center, a dynamic team of compassionate and hardworking professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of care and supporting older adults in making changes in order to live life fully. You will contribute to the mission and vision of Jefferson Center, a dynamic behavioral health organization that inspires hope, improves lives and strengthens our community and whose vision is a community where mental health matters and care is accessible to all.
