    Provide therapeutic services to children ages 0-8 and their families in an outpatient setting with options of going in-home. Provide individual, family and group therapy.  Will collaborate and consult with the other internal and external partners to support the needs of children and their families.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address the needs of children ages 0-8.
    • Provide individual, family and group therapy in the outpatien setting.
    • Provide in-home therapy with children and their families which may require evening hours.
    • Co-facilitate parenting classes at Jefferson Center.
    • Will work with families in an episode of care model using strength-based, culturally competent treatment.
    • Provide case management services as required and referrals to our Navigation team when needed.
    • Provide satisfaction surveys to all families at the conclusion of the treatment episode.
    • May assist the Nurturing Parenting Program.
    • Make appropriate referrals for additional services as necessary.

     

     

    Other Duties: 

    • Attends supervision at times and intervals agreed upon with supervisor.
    • Completes 95% of all paperwork by the due date.
    • Reports high risk/problem cases, and utilizes a problem solving approach as well as feedback
    • Submits 90% of all Progress-to-Date forms within 3 working days (team specific).
    • Participates in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda.
    • Attends mandatory in-services, compliance with individualized training plan if

    required.

    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    Masters degree in counseling, social work, or psychology with an early childhood specialization. Current licensure LPC,  LCSW, LMFT required.   Utilizes a trauma informed perspective in treatment planning as well as in direct care.  Knowledge of the DC:0-5R and how it can inform treatment or willingness to attend a training.  Bilingual helpful but not required.  Basic computer skills such as, proficiency utilizing e-mail and an electronic medical record.
