This position will be located onsite at two primary care medical practices, two days a week at each, and one day at a Jefferson Center office. The purpose of this position will be to provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy to clients who are patients or these practices, as well as servicing client of the Solutions Now program on site at the Jefferson Center. This position will work with our insured Services and Practice Management departments to establish a successful program that meets the needs and requirements of contracted insurance companies and other third party payers, however this position will also service Medicare, Medicaid and uninsured at the medical co-locations.

Colorado license for independent practice and eligibility for participation on managed care panels (LPC; LCSW; LMFT; Ph.D., or Psy.D). Experience in effectively engaging clients and forming strong therapeutic alliances to support treatment. Experience in general practice serving clients across all age ranges with the ability to serve a broad scope of acuity and severity in an office based outpatient service model is preferred. Knowledge and experience in a managed behavioral health care model with the ability to follow guidelines and procedures established by practice management to meet 3rd party payor requirements is prefered. Ability to practice in an independent model with skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapeutic intervention, documentation, communication, and coordination with other treating professionals. Clinician already credentialed on 3rd party panels who contract with Jefferson Center is highly desirable. Experience working within a medical setting is also a plus. Follow through with requirements for working with Medicaid and Medicare clients is also necessary.
